LABOR SAVERS

Labor Savers are simply kitchen equipment and hand tools  which significantly reduce labor, time and effort in our nation’s foodservice outlets.

Labor Savers include new technologies in major equipment appliances, small power equipment and new inventions and innovations in culinary hand tools.

Products which claim to be Labor Savers will be judged by working professionals in actual kitchen environments.

Board members of the Chefs In America Awards Foundation  will conduct the product testing.
